Reservations are made during office hours Monday through Friday. For weekend move ins, please call the office before 2 PM on Friday. Please call (225) 687-7714. We do not make reservations by email. We will need your name, phone number, work location, and a credit card to hold an RV lot or cabin. Cabins must have the first week's rent and deposit paid before the unit is unlocked.
We do not post our prices on the website. You are welcome to call or email the office during business hours and we can tell you about pricing and availability.
We are approximately 1/2 mile from the oil reserve, 2 miles from Dow Chemical, 9 miles from Shintech Plaquemine, Westlake Chemical, Magnolia Power, and Flopam, and 11 miles from the Performance Mod Yard. We are about 25 miles from the new Hyundai plant Donaldsonville.
No, cabins and mobile homes are rented on a weekly basis only.
If you are leaving during business hours, please drop your key off at the office. We will verify how you want your deposit returned. If it is after hours or weekends, drop your key in the drop box next to the front door of the office or the key drop on the office carport. DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE UNIT! We will contact you the next business day to verify how you want your deposit returned. Any unused days will be refunded if you stay longer than a week. Rent does not stop until the office has the key. Housekeeping throws away anything left in the unit, so please make sure you have all of your belongings.
You do not need to stop by, but a call or text informing us you are leaving is appreciated. If you paid monthly and have days left, we will process your refund the next business day. Maintenance throws away anything left on the lot, so please make sure you have all of your belongings.
The washateria is open 24/7. There is no code to get in. It is located to the left behind the office. The machines are coin operated. The commercial sized washer and dryers are $5 per load and the regular washers and dryers are $2.50 per load. There are change machines in the washateria.
The bath house is behind the office to the right. It is open without a code from 7 AM -7 PM every day. If you require access at night, you must come in person to the office during business hours to sign a form and provide your license. A code will be given to you for access at night.
You must get the correct mailing address for your lot from the office. The park has 4 postal addresses. Postal mail requires a $10 refundable cash deposit for the mailbox key. The mail room is located to the right of the office next to the propane. Packages from UPS, Amazon, and FedEx are usually dropped off on the office carport next to the washateria. Please note that the office does not sign for packages or accept packages in the office for tenants. Lot numbers must be included or your package will be returned.
Propane is sold until 5 PM Monday through Thursday and until 2 PM on Friday. It is cash or check only. If you can't come during business hours, we do have pick up and drop off available for a $5 service charge. If using the pick up service you must call in the morning to have propane filled that day.

Currently the food truck is open Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM - 1 PM and 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM.
No, at this time we do not have a dog park. Dogs may be walked in the grassy areas of the park as long as you do not enter another tenant's yard.
